What information we collect about you

If a company this may include the company’s ACN and relevant details of the directors of the company. This information is collected as part of the member registration process and is provided by you. You can update it at any time.
  • 'alert contacts’ may include several individual contacts such as mobile phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and facsimile numbers collected as part of the member registration process. This information is provided by you and you may update it at any time.
  • All information relevant to the assets or matters for which you require our services (for example: contract details and key expiry dates etc);
  • Communications between us (by email or other means). 
  • A password or passwords that you will need to access our services; 
  • Credit card details and other billing information;
  • Information obtained from third parties including (without limitation) credit reporting companies and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;
  • Other personal information provided voluntarily by you. This could be in response to surveys or marketing activities.
  • Non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited etc. None of this information identifies you personally.

We may from time to time review and update this privacy policy statement to take account of new law and technology and changes to our operations. All information that we hold will be governed by our most recent policy, from the time of posting on this website.

How we use the personal information we collect about you.

Tistime™ may use information it collects from you or obtains about you for the primary purposes for which it is collected and for such other secondary purposes are related to the primary purposes of collection. Similarly, we disclaim all liability in relation to the misuse of our alert messages by any third party.

Other agents or contractors of Tistime™ may have access to your information. However, all these agents and contractors are required to keep your information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for us. We will ensure that we use reputable agents and contractors but we shall not be responsible for their actions or omissions and we disclaim all liability for all loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential arising out of the actions or omissions of these agents and contractors.
